Description:	Dolphins - Level 5 – Ages 5 and above – This level is geared toward swim team readiness. Children become proficient in Freestyle (crawl stroke) and Backstroke and learn how to find their balance, scull, how to perform a shallow dive and a backstroke start and continue swimming. Swimmers will learn freestyle and backstroke flip turns along with numerous drills which will help them with the mechanics of the long-axis strokes. Class will run 05/19-06/14 Thurs 4:30-5:10p/ Sat 11:45-12:25p
